Procedia PDF Downloads 558488 Static Properties of Ge and Sr Isotopes in the Cluster Model
Authors: Mohammad Reza Shojaei, Mahdeih Mirzaeinia
Abstract:
We have studied the cluster structure of even-even stable isotopes of Ge and Sr. The Schrodinger equation has been solved using the generalized parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method with a phenomenological potential. This potential is the sum of the attractive Yukawa-like potential, a Manning-Rosen-type potential, and the repulsive Yukawa potential for interaction between the cluster and the core. We have shown that the available experimental data of the first rotational band energies can be well described by assuming a binary system of the α cluster and the core and using an analytical solution. Our results were consistent with experimental values. Hence, this model can be applied to study the other even-even isotopesKeywords: cluser model, NU method, ge and Sr, potential central

Authors: Hamid Reza Shariatmadari
Abstract:
The Muslims who believe in twelve Imams and believe that their twelfth Imam is now hidden, because of their kind of consideration of immune Imam as their unique canonical authority for interpretation of Islam, are subject of these important questions; how can you be democratic? And can you speak of democracy as the best model of governing? Answering this question, we can talk firstly about the nature of democracy and realize it as a way and mechanism not as a philosophy of identity and secondly we can refer to the nature and functions of Imam in Shiism and thirdly we will focus on the age of Ghaybah (Or concealment of Imam). In such a time we can or have to combine domination of Islamic Faqis (Islamic Jurists) and democracy which is known in Shiite Iran for instance as religious democracy. Keywords: Shiism, concealment of Imam, Islamic Jurists, Democracy

Abstract:
Organizations are increasingly facing changes and developments scientific, technological, social, cultural changes among these organizations those ones are reckoned successful and effective that in addition to coordinating the development of modern society can forecast future changes and be able to accommodate these changes in order to create favorable developments to build a better future. But we can change that with the changes that occur in the organization of the program it will distinguish. Today's organizations need leaders that change and grow them have to survive. In fact, without transformational managers and leaders, it is certainly difficult to create changes in organizations. Both private and public organizations need to increase knowledge and awareness of the cause widespread changes in the structure, culture and practice for the viability and sustainability of life and growth and development. By now, different signs have determined different causes for a suitable function of employees. However, the important thing is that the commitment of the employees to their organization has always been very important. Since the decrease of organization commitment causes the high rate of absenteeism, turnover intentions, and even to reduce the impact of health staff. and these factors prevent organizations from achieving its goals. If organizations want to retain staff, the organization must find a way to be happy and continue their work with commitment, motivation, and willingness. So here is the need for strong leaders, analysts, creative and transformational upper ranks more than ever is felt. The aim of this study is to revise history, the leadership style of managers shipbuilding company by using the MLQ model. Keywords: leadership style, managers, organizational, manufacturing company, sustainability of life

Procedia PDF Downloads 338476 A Study on Architectural Characteristics of Traditional Iranian Ordinary Houses in Mashhad, Iran
Authors: Rana Daneshvar Salehi
Abstract:
In many Iranian cities including Mashhad, the capital of Razavi Khorasan Province, ordinary samples of domestic architecture on a small scale is not considered as heritage. While the principals of house formation are respected in all traditional Iranian houses; from moderate to great ones. During the past decade, Mashhad has lost its identity, and has become a modern city. Identifying it as the capital of the Islamic Culture in 2017 by ISESCO and consequently looking for new developments and transfiguration caused to demolish a large number of traditional modest habitation. For this reason, the present paper aims to introduce the three undiscovered houses with the historical and monumental values located in the oldest neighborhoods of Mashhad which have been neglected in the cultural heritage field. The preliminary phase of this approach will be a measured survey to identify the significant characteristics of selected dwellings and understand the challenges through focusing on building form, orientation, room function, space proportion and ornamental elements’ details. A comparison between the case studies and the wealthy domestically buildings presents that a house belongs to inhabitants with an average income could introduce the same accurate, regular, harmonic and proportionate design which can be found in the great mansions. It reveals that an ordinary traditional house can be regarded as valuable construction not only for its historical characteristics but also for its aesthetical and architectural features that could avoid further destructions in the future. Keywords: traditional ordinary house, architectural characteristic, proportion, heritage

Procedia PDF Downloads 294465 Detailed Observations on Numerically Invariant Signatures
Authors: Reza Aghayan
Abstract:
Numerically invariant signatures were introduced as a new paradigm of the invariant recognition for visual objects modulo a certain group of transformations. This paper shows that the current formulation suffers from noise and indeterminacy in the resulting joint group-signatures and applies the n-difference technique and the m-mean signature method to minimize their effects. In our experimental results of applying the proposed numerical scheme to generate joint group-invariant signatures, the sensitivity of some parameters such as regularity and mesh resolution used in the algorithm will also be examined. Finally, several interesting observations are made. Keywords: Euclidean and affine geometry, differential invariant G-signature curves, numerically invariant joint G-signatures, object recognition, noise, indeterminacy
Procedia PDF Downloads 367464 Effects of Position and Shape of Atomic Defects on the Band Gap of Graphene Nano-Ribbon Superlattices
Authors: Zeinab Jokar, Mohammad Reza Moslemi
Abstract:
In this work, we study the behavior of introducing atomic size vacancy in a graphene nanoribbon superlattice. Our investigations are based on the density functional theory (DFT) with the Local Density Approximation in Atomistix Toolkit (ATK). We show that, in addition to its shape, the position of vacancy has a major impact on the electrical properties of a graphene nanoribbon superlattice. We show that the band gap of an armchair graphene nanoribbon may be tuned by introducing an appropriate periodic pattern of vacancies. The band gap changes in a zig-zag manner similar to the variation of the band gap of a graphene nanoribbon by changing its width. Keywords: AGNR, antidot, atomistic toolKit, vacancy
