4 Large Deviations for Lacunary Systems

Authors: Bainian Li, Kongsheng Zhang

Abstract:

Let Xi be a Lacunary System, we established large deviations inequality for Lacunary System. Furthermore, we gained Marcinkiewicz Larger Number Law with dependent random variables sequences.

Keywords: Lacunary system, larger deviations, Locally GeneralizedGaussian, Strong law of large numbers.

3 Similarity Measures and Weighted Fuzzy C-Mean Clustering Algorithm

Authors: Bainian Li, Kongsheng Zhang, Jian Xu

Abstract:

In this paper we study the fuzzy c-mean clustering algorithm combined with principal components method. Demonstratively analysis indicate that the new clustering method is well rather than some clustering algorithms. We also consider the validity of clustering method.

2 Strong Law of Large Numbers for *- Mixing Sequence

Authors: Bainian Li, Kongsheng Zhang

Abstract:

Strong law of large numbers and complete convergence for sequences of *-mixing random variables are investigated. In particular, Teicher-s strong law of large numbers for independent random variables are generalized to the case of *-mixing random sequences and extended to independent and identically distributed Marcinkiewicz Law of large numbers for *-mixing.

1 Bootstrap and MLS Methods-based Individual Bioequivalence Assessment

Authors: Kongsheng Zhang, Li Ge

Abstract:

It is a one-sided hypothesis testing process for assessing bioequivalence. Bootstrap and modified large-sample(MLS) methods are considered to study individual bioequivalence(IBE), type I error and power of hypothesis tests are simulated and compared with FDA(2001). The results show that modified large-sample method is equivalent to the method of FDA(2001) .

Keywords: Individual bioequivalence, bootstrap, Bayesian bootstrap, modified large-sample.
