Paper deals with analysis of strategic management
\r\nmethods in non-profit making organization in the Czech Republic.
\r\nStrategic management represents an aggregate of methods and
\r\napproaches that can be applied for managing organizations - in this
\r\narticle the organizations which associate owners and keepers of nonstate
\r\nforest properties. Authors use these methods of strategic
\r\nmanagement: analysis of stakeholders, SWOT analysis and
\r\nquestionnaire inquiries. The questionnaire was distributed
\r\nelectronically via e-mail. In October 2013 we obtained data from a
\r\ntotal of 84 questionnaires. Based on the results the authors
\r\nrecommend the using of confrontation strategy which improves the
