For circuit implementation, square root\r\ndomain (SRD) translinear loop based on floating-gate MOS\r\ntransistors that operate in saturation region is employed. The\r\nmodulator features, low supply voltage, low power consumption\r\n(8mW) and high dynamic range (55dB).
