The technique called the Q-Simulator is a computer program which can simulate the effect of traffic intensity on all system average quantities given the arrival and/or service rates. The Q-Simulator has three phases namely: the formula based method, the uncontrolled simulation, and the controlled simulation. The Q-Simulator generates graphs (crystal solutions) for all results of the simulation or calculation and can be used to estimate desirable average quantities such as waiting times, queue lengths, etc.}, journal = {International Journal of Computer and Information Engineering}, volume = {6}, number = {6}, year = {2012}, pages = {826 - 829}, ee = {https://publications.waset.org/pdf/5290}, url = {https://publications.waset.org/vol/66}, bibsource = {https://publications.waset.org/}, issn = {eISSN: 1307-6892}, publisher = {World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology}, index = {Open Science Index 66, 2012}, }
