The wiper generates\r\nunwanted noise and vibration during the wiping the rain and other\r\nparticles on windshield which may cause annoying noise in different\r\nranges of frequency. A two dimensional analytical modeled wiper\r\nblade whose model accuracy is verified by numerical studies in\r\nliterature is considered in this study. Particle swarm optimization\r\n(PSO) is employed in alliance with input shaping (IS) technique in\r\norder to control or to attenuate the amplitude level of unwanted\r\nnoise\/vibration of the wiper blade.","references":"[1] S.
