\r\nframework of the microgrids based on the consensus for a

\r\ncommunication network of multiagent. The proposed control is

\r\ndesigned by the communication network with one-way links. The

\r\ncommunication network is modeled by a directed graph. At this

\r\ntime, the concept of sampling is considered as the communication

\r\nconstraint among each distributed generator in the microgrids. To

\r\nanalyze the sampling effects on the secondary voltage control of

\r\nthe microgrids, by using Lyapunov theory and some mathematical

\r\ntechniques, the sufficient condition for such problem will be

\r\nestablished regarding linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, some

\r\nsimulation results are given to illustrate the necessity of the

\r\nconsideration of the sampling effects on the secondary voltage control
