The aim of this study is to draw\r\nmore educational attention to learner-centered strategy in order to\r\nshift the emphasis from the traditional concept of teaching to a new\r\nconcept in teaching. To begin bridging the traditional concept of\r\nteaching and the new concept, the study will explore the new concept\r\nof teaching to support teaching in Arab World generally and in Iraq\r\nspecifically. A qualitative case study orientation was used to collect\r\ndata in the form of classroom observations, interviews and field\r\nnotes.
