In this study, we develop a performance evaluation
\r\nmodel based on a multi-attribute utility approach aiming at reaching
\r\nthe sustainable banking (SB) status. This model is built accounting
\r\nfor various banks’ stakeholders in a win-win paradigm. In addition, it
\r\noffers the opportunity for adopting a global measure of performance
\r\nas an indication of a bank’s sustainability degree. This measure is
\r\nreferred to as banking sustainability performance index (BSPI). This
\r\nindex may constitute a basis for ranking banks. Moreover, it may
\r\nconstitute a bridge between the assessment types of financial and
\r\nextra-financial rating agencies. A real application is performed on
\r\nthree French banks.<\/p>\r\n","references":"[1] S. Rebai, M. N. Azaiez, and D.
