The secondary path is a SAW-less diversity CDMA receiver which can be also used for advanced features like monitoring when supported with an additional external VCO. A GPS receiver is integrated with its dedicated VCO allowing simultaneous positioning during a cellular call. The circuit is implemented in a 0.25μm 40GHz-fT BiCMOS process and uses a HVQFN 56-pin package. It consumes a maximum 300mW from a 2.8V supply in dual-modes. The chip area is 12.8mm2.}, journal = {International Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering}, volume = {3}, number = {6}, year = {2009}, pages = {1264 - 1267}, ee = {https://publications.waset.org/pdf/13335}, url = {https://publications.waset.org/vol/30}, bibsource = {https://publications.waset.org/}, issn = {eISSN: 1307-6892}, publisher = {World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology}, index = {Open Science Index 30, 2009}, }
