The original controlled technology for power active nanocomposite membraneelectrode assembly engineering on the basis of porous silicon is presented. The functional nanocomposites were studied by electron microscopy and cyclic voltammetry methods. The application possibility of the obtained nanocomposites as high performance renewable energy sources for micropower electronic devices is demonstrated.
