Enterprise Architecture (EA) is employed by
\r\nenterprises for providing integrated Information Systems (ISs) in
\r\norder to support alignment of their business and Information
\r\nTechnology (IT). Evaluation of EA implementation can support
\r\nenterprise to reach intended goals. There are some problems in
\r\ncurrent evaluation methods of EA implementation that lead to
\r\nineffectiveness implementation of EA. This paper represents current
\r\nissues on evaluation of EA implementation. In this regard, we set the
\r\nframework in order to represent evaluation’s issues based on their
\r\nfunctionality and structure. The results of this research not only
\r\nincrease the knowledge of evaluation, but also could be useful for
\r\nboth academics and practitioners in order to realize the current
